By submitting User Content to Taurus Promotional Products, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise use such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter developed, including in connection with Taurus Promotional Products, our business operations, website, marketing activities, and third-party platforms or services. Such use may be made without further notice to or consent from you and without any obligation to make payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that:

1. You are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content, or you have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant Taurus Promotional Products the rights described in these Terms of Use; and

Your User Content, and your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available such User Content, does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other applicable rights, nor will it result in a violation of any applicable law or regulation.
